基于SAP的制造业成本控制问题研究-以上海汽车集团股份有限公司为例
制造业是国民经济的物质基础和主体，是国家富强之本。制造业成本控制是企业管理的一个重要组成部分，多年来，成本一直是中国制造业在国际上的一个重要竞争力，成本控制包括分析、控制和企业成本战略的选择和优化，成本控制战略的实施两个方面的内容。成本管理有一个目标体系，第一，降低企业成本；第二，增加企业利润；第三，帮助企业取得竞争优势。
从我国制造企业的成本控制水平来看，我国制造企业还比较落后，落后的管理水平是制约制造企业发展的重要因素。本文通过对制造业的成本控制进行了深入的研究，首先是介绍财务核算系统--SAP系统，针对此系统的功能模块和实际操作进行论述，从整体流程和数据管理上进行研究，在现代成本管理思想的要求下，引入战略成本管理和作业成本管理思想，从过程、流程两个方面着手改进和协调企业的成本管理，构建了SAP环境下的成本管理模式，然后以上海汽车集团有限公司为例，结合材料数据对该系统在企业内运用进行成本控制的研究，最后针对该系统提出一些意见和建议。

Abstract
Manufacturing industry is the basis and industrial body of the economy, and the foundation of the people and strengthening the country. Manufacturing cost control cost is an competitiveness of China's manufacturing in the international community. Cost control includes the analysis, selection enterprise strategy from the perspective of cost and the implementation of cost control strategy. There is a target system in cost control management First, reduce the cost; Second, increase enterprise profits; Third, help enterprises gain competitive advantages.
From the management level of cost control of domestic , This paper makes an in-depth study on the cost control of manufacturing industry. Firstly, it introduces the financial accounting system SAP system. It is the primary task to make full use of its own advantages to promote the development of enterprises. Taking Shanghai automobile manufacturing industry as an example, the current situation of traditional cost control in industry, puts forward the idea of SAP system management, the cost control model of on SAP system.It discusses requirements of modern cost management Then, taking Shanghai Group Co. Ltd. as an example, this paper the cost control of the system in the enterprise combined with material data, and finally puts opinions and suggestions for the system.
