Abstract
Investment value of Most of motor listed companies which cooperate with the international famous motor companies are concerned by all sort of investors, especially stock investors. However, motor listed companies still face some problems, such as, government dominated management, small size and high costs, back forwards skill and low capability, be lack of capital and intelligent people and so on. Instead, it should be make use of the government transfer function, increase the capability of creation by them, and implement management and so on. The motor listed companies have a high investment value, including reunited, the new country construction, the new policy of tax and trend of changing cars caused by restricted pollution. Meanwhile, it is essential to pay attention to the risk, which is lead to motor listed company by the price increasing of fuel and steel.
