自2005年7月中国人民币汇率机制改革以来，人民币在频繁波动中逐步升值。
因此，不可低估人民币汇率变动对中国农产品出口的影响，人民币汇率升值会加大我国农产品的出口成本，同时升值有利于增加我国的出口贸易额。对于负面影响，应通过进一步完善出口农业支持体系来降低农产品出口厂商单位成本，弥补人民币升值所吞食的利润。对于正面影响，政府在较多关注人民币升值对价格竞争力的影响时，不能忽略外汇市场的稳定性。同时，为风险厌恶的出口商提供相关指导和外汇金融工具以尽量规避汇率风险，也是保持农产品出口稳定和增长的一个重要政策手段。

Abstract

Since July 2005 the Chinese yuan exchange rate formation mechanism reform, frequent fluctuations in the renminbi to appreciate gradually. Therefore, the RMB exchange rate changes should not be underestimated on the impact of China's agricultural exports, Appreciation of the RMB exchange rate will increase the cost of China's exports of agricultural products, at the same time to increase the appreciation of China's trade the negative impact should be adopted to further improve the export of agricultural support system to reduce the unit cost of exports of agricultural products manufacturers, swallowed by the appreciation of the renminbi to make up for profits. The negative impact of more concern to the government's appreciation of the renminbi on the impact of price competitiveness, we can not ignore the foreign exchange market stability. At the same time, as the risk aversion of the exporter to provide guidance to financial instruments and foreign exchange to avoid exchange rate risks as far as possible, but also to maintain stability and growth of agricultural exports as an important policy tool.
