正面影响主要表现为降低该地区进口类上市公司的成本，拉动经济增长，增强对外投资能力，外债还本付息压力减轻。不利影响主要表现为抑制出口类上市公司出口增长，降低出口类上市公司的利润率，甚至影响长江三角洲地区上市公司生存环境。长江三角洲地区上市公司应该积极在国内和国际及周边市场利用有利影响，发展壮大，同时合理借助金融工具规避风险，将人民币对外升值带来的损失降到最小。

Abstract
Renminbi revaluation already has the positive influence to listed companies in the Yangtze River delta region and also has the negative influence. The positive influence mainly manifests that reduces the cost of the local import class to listed companies, promotes economic growth, enhances foreign investment ability, relieves the press of repayment of capital and payment of interest. The disadvantageous influence mainly expresses that represses listed companies to growth of export, reduces the profit for export class to listed companies, even influents existent environment of listed companies in Yangtze River delta region. The local should make use of beneficial influence in the domestic and the international as well as the peripheral market and develop and strong it, in the meantime, with the aid of the financial tool to evade risk, Renminbi revalues to outward will decline to the least for the loss.
