深圳证券交易所推出的中小企业板不是真正意义上的创业板，而是主板市场的一个特殊组成部分。
中小企业板的推出是我国证券市场的一个重大创新。从深圳证券交易所上市的中小企业的地区分布、行业分布、股本规模，股本结构来分析，发现这些上市的中小企业分布不均衡，债权结构不合理，企业治理结构不完善，企业制度不规范。应该制定对中小企业鼓励的政策，合理安排布局，优化中小企业债权结构，完善其内部治理结构，规范中小企业制度，规避各类风险。

Abstract
The fact Shenzhen Stock Exchange launched the SME board is not a real sense gem, but a special component of the main board market. The SME board launch is a major innovation in China's securities market. Through the analysis for the covered areas of listed SMEs, industry distribution, equity size, equity structure, uneven distribution of SMEs, it claims irrational structure, enterprise management structure imperfections, enterprise system. SMEs should be encouraged to develop policies to rationalize pattern, and optimize the structure of the SME credit, improve their internal management structure, norms SMEs system and avoid various risks.
