在这股寒流面前，作为外向型经济的代表——温州的经济状况引人关注。经过调查研究，温州经济在金融危机的背景下仍能稳健发展，私募股权投资发挥了巨大的作用。
通过结合私募股权投资的基本理论与温州民间资本的特点，对温州私募股权投资的发展现状进行了较为详实和全面的描述,并对其在发展中存在的问题和原因进行了分析。在此基础上，从外部环境与内部管理体制着手，提出了可行的改善对策，希望能够对私募股权投资在温州的稳健发展提供帮助。

Abstract
The impact of sub-loan crisis in the United States has gradually spreaded down the developed economies ,as well as the global economic downturn, resulting in slowdown of the growth both the global economy and trade. In the face of this cold spell, as the representatives of export-oriented economy - the economic situation in Wenzhou is paid more attention. After investigation and research,private equity has played a huge role in economy in Wenzhou so that to remain sound development in the context of the financial crisis.
Through combining basic theory of the private equity investment and characteristics of private capital in Wenzhou,there is a more detailed and comprehensive description on private equity investments for the development of . And I have an analysis on the problems exsisting in the development of Wenzhou and the reasons resulting these. On this basis ,This article made some possible improvemented measures for the sound and orderly development of the private equity investment in Wenzhou from the external environment and internal management system to proceed.
