随着全球经济一体化的到来和我国已经加入WTO，竞争已成为我国民族保险业所要面对的首要问题。
人寿保险业务是我国入世后中、外保险企业竞争的主战场。面对急剧膨胀的外来保险经营主体的市场压力，尽快提高保险企业自身的核心竞争力问题，已变得十分紧迫。泰康人寿保险公司是近年来在国内寿险行业发展较好的保险公司，针对泰康人寿保险公司培育和发展核心竞争力运用SWOT分析方法进行全面的分析，在管理层面、业务层面、法律制度层面提高泰康人寿的核心竞争力。

Abstract
With the advent of global economic integration and China’s entry to WTO, competition has already become the most important problem for the national insurance industry to face. The insurance business is after our country go into a life time medium, main battlefield that the outside insurance business enterprise competition. The foreign insurance that faces the nasty play inflation conducts the market pressure of the corpus. Raise the core competencies problem of the insurance business enterprise oneself as soon as possible, have already become very urgent. especially to foster and develop kernel competitiveness of Taikang Life Insurance Company is analyzed with the method of SWOT in this paper. The strategic countermeasures of promoting domestic insurance companies’ kernel competitiveness are put forward according to our country’s reality.
