中国电影业现在正处于一个非常重要的转型阶段，国家的一系列扶植计划虽然取得了一定的成效，但没有根本的改变我国电影业领域的痼疾。对于如何从经济金融学的专业角度来考察我国电影业融资问题，尚缺乏系统而深入的理论研究，国外相关理论政策虽然层出不穷，但都存在国家政策的局限性。我国电影业融资起步较晚，从电影业融资的发展现状中可以看出还存在许多问题，针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施。
