现在是一个科学技术飞速发展、知识更替日新月异的世纪。计算机已深入到各个领域，
并且形成了功能强大、覆盖全球的信息传输网络。各个领域都向系统化、规范化、自动化的方向发展，使得工作效率、工作成绩都日益提高。人事管理是很多企业公司、事业单位所须的，人事信息管理系统包括对人事信息的统计、查询、更新、打印输出等，如果靠人，工作量将很大，人工统计将变得不可想象，一些简单的操作便可及时、准确地通过计算机获得需要的信息。
我着眼于企业单位的人事管理系统利用PowerBuilder8.0作为数据库前端开发工具，开发出了“企业人事管理信息系统” 。本系统符合人事管理的规定，能够满足企业日常人员管理的工作需要，并达到操作过程中的直观、方便、实用、安全等要求。可以用于支持企业完成劳动人事管理工作的人事管理信息系统。本系统主要包括8个模块，即系统、系统管理、输入信息、维护信息、查看信息、报表、窗口和帮助这8个模块的功能。

I focus on the business unit's personnel management system using PowerBuilder8.0 visual programming to develop the "Enterprise Personnel Management Information System", With the personnel management system, enterprises can meet the day-to-day management of operational commitments to achieve the operation's intuitive, easy, practical, safe, and other requirements. Can use for and support enterprise finish and work personnel the management information system of personnel of management. System this include 8 module mainly, namely system, system management, information of inputting, maintain information, look over information, report form, window and help 8 function of module these.
