随着互联网日益深入社会生活，以网站作为对外的展示窗口，进行内外信息交流，
已成为大众的迫切需要。网站信息管理系统是典型的管理信息系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
本系统使用JSP技术制作网站动态页面，用JAVA语言做连接数据库的程序，使用ORACLE数据库作为系统数据库，开发一个具有用户注册，鲜花检索，鲜花浏览，购物车，订单查询，系统管理等功能的小型的网上花店信息管理系统。

Along with the Internet thorough social life, by the website took day by day the foreign demonstration window, carries on inside and outside communication, has become populace's urgent need.The website information management system is typical management information system (MIS), its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and the maintenance as well as front end the application procedure development two aspects.Establishes the data uniformity and the integrity regarding the former request strong, the data security good database.But requests the application procedure function regarding the latter to be complete, easy to use and so on the characteristics. This system uses the JSP technology to manufacture the website dynamic page, makes the connection database with the JAVA language the procedure, uses the ORACLE database to take the system database, develops one to have the user registration, the fresh flower retrieval, the fresh flower browsing, the shopping cart, the order form inquiry, function on and so on system administration small networks flower shop information management system.
