本系统中包含服务器和客户端两套系统：
服务端：主控程序，通过对MSSQL数据库的存取以及查询操作来对客户机的所有信息进行处理来保证客户端的访问，主控程序主要工作包括：发行卡片、充值加钱、注销卡片、费率管理等工作。
客户端：客户控制程序，用来控制用户登录系统；验证客户卡上余额；通过socket技术与服务器通讯获得客户信息，并处理一些非法请求，防止客户端用户非法操作。
