为了深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育，国家教育部决定大力推行基础教育课程改革。
新课程针对以往片面关注学生的认知能力的培养目标，提出了要以生为本，注重培养学生的创造性精神和实践能力。这些对于教师的教和学生的学都提出了新的要求。本文就是在这一背景下，探讨在新课程中，教师的教学方式的变化以及变革的途径，试图给新课程下的教师们提供一点微薄的建议。
本文将从以下几个方面讨论关于教学方式改革的问题：第一部分：什么是教学方式；第二部分：传统教学方式中存在的问题；第三部分：新课改对教学方式变革的要求；第四部分：如何促进教学方式的变革。其中最重要的也是成文过程中最困难的是第四部分，如何建立创新型教学制度是我在教学实践过程中一直在思考的问题。

Abstract：Inorder to reniforce the reform of Education and developing character education,the nation organization for education decided to reform the course of elementary education,whicn is called The New Course. Duing to the old education only pay attention to students’knowledge and intelligence,The New Course stress studens is the master of study ,also it pay attention to cultivate students’creating and practicing.These all request the changing of teaching and learning.This txt was writing under the background, it discuss the changing way for teaching method ,and its purpose si to give some addvise for teachers.
