各种拳腿的技术组合至关重要，是实战比赛中战胜对手行之有效的重要手段。而将拳法与腿法相结合所组成的拳腿组合是简单有效的技术，在实战比赛中被许多散打运动员所频繁使用并收到了所预期的击打效果。文章采用文献资料法对散打实战中拳腿组合的运用进行了全面的分析，详细阐述了多种拳腿组合在实战中的特点、训练方法与步骤以及实战中动作的具体应用。目的在于能够有效的指导散打教学、训练和实战比赛，使其成为一种科学化体系的指导方案。

But unifiesthe Chinese boxing and the leg law the fist leg combination whichcomposes is the simple effective technology, many is dispersed in theactual combat competition hits the athlete frequently to use and toreceive has struck hits the effect which anticipated .The article used the literature material law to disperse hits theutilization which in the actual combat the fist leg combined to carryon the comprehensive analysis, in detail elaborated in the many kindsof fists leg combination actual combat characteristic, the trainingmethod and the step as well as the actual combat the movement concreteapplication. The goal lies in can the effective instruction dispersehits the teaching, the training and the actual combat competition,causes it to become one kind of scientific system the directive.
