篮球运动中的进攻和防守关系，是一对矛盾即对立又统一的关系，它们之间相互结合、
相互吸引、相互排斥、相互离异，它们的矛盾关系是同一中的对立，是对立中的同一。由于它们之间的这种矛盾，推动着篮球运动的不断发展。因而中学的篮球运动也正是伴随着这种矛盾在不断的发展。作为进行中学篮球教学的教练，在教学中更好的完成技战术教学是我们的教学重点，因而我们要正确、全面、深入地了解比赛中进攻与防守的矛盾关系，从基础做起，着重培养能力，培养篮球意识，创新思路，确立合适有效的战略战术，有目的，有步骤，有计划地严格要求，进行有效地实践训练和经验积累，使中学生的篮球意识和技战术达到稳步提高，从而也使中学的篮球运动不断的向前发展提高，走向更高的水平层次，进而为高校大学输送有利的篮球后备人才，也为篮球的再发展做出应有贡献。
