以文献资料法，问卷调查法等研究方法， 对2007年山东省体育考生在体育高考前的心理状态进行了调查分析。
结果表明，参加普体的体育考生在考前都存在一定的心理因素的影响,对参加普体的体育考生有针对性的加强考前的心理调节是体育考生取得优异成绩的关键。因此，有针对性的提出一些心理调整方法提高体育考生考前的心理素质，进而提高体育考生的考试成绩势在必行。
