本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析法，从分析武术资源的结构、中国武术文化的发展背景、从武术本质特征分析武术的发展探讨中国武术的发展趋势。中华武术作为中国的一项民族传统项目，有着丰富的中国文化底蕴，以博大精深源远流长而闻名于世。经过几代人的努力，武术已走出了国门，走向了世界，但相比于其他一些体育项目，武术的发展却显得有些滞后。因而要加快其世界发展的步伐，要有效地推广武术运动，强调重视武术深层资源的开发，从武术技击的本质特征和中华民族传统文化的独特的表现形式为基础点来发展武术。
