体育应采用新的、先进的教育理念来教育人，应落实新课标的精神，因此，生成符合新的教学理念的教学模式是必要的。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查法等研究方法，以济南实验中学、山东师范大学附属中学、济南第九中学和济南第七中学4所学校的体育活动现况为研究对象进行了调查研究。调查结果表明：目前我国中学生的体育活动存在一些问题。通过教学实践生成的选课制体育教学模式符合新课程标准的要求，能够将课堂教学过程变为以学生为主、教师为辅、探究合作的过程，具有较强的实践操作性，能提高学生的成绩。

Abstract: The sports should newly use, the advanced education idea educates the person, should carry out the new class sign the spirit, therefore, the production conforms to the new teaching idea educational model is necessary. This article uses literature research technique and so on material law, expert Conversation law, investigation law, take the Jinan experiment middle school, the Shandong normal university attached middle school, the Jinan ninth middle school and Jinan seventh middle school 4 schools sports present situations has conducted the investigation and study as the research object. The investigation result indicated that, At present our country middle-school student's sports have some problems. Chooses the class system sports educational model through the teaching practice production to conform to the new curriculum standard requirement, can become auxiliary take the student primarily, the teacher as the classroom instruction process, inquired into the cooperation the process, has a stronger practice to be operational, can enhance student’s result.
