分析正确运用保护与帮助与体操教学的效果关系

【内容摘要】

采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等研究方法,对体操教学中教师在保护与帮助中的站位、时机、

助力度以及对学生的能力培养等问题进行了研究和分析。分析认为:合理地、准确地、适时地进行保护与帮助不但可以使学生准确地掌握动作技术、减轻学生在学习新动作时所造成的心理压力和恐惧感;通过培养学生的保护与帮助能力还可以提高学生的自我保护意识从而减少伤病的出现。

Abstract

 Uses research technique and so on the questionnaire survey, mathematical statistic, literature material, to gymnastics teaching in the teacher in the protection and the help station position, the opportunity, helped question and so on dynamics as well as to student's ability raise has conducted the research and the analysis. The analysis thought that, The pressure and frightened which reasonably, accurately, at the right moment carries on the protection and the help not only may cause the student accurately to grasp the movement technology, to reduce the student when to study new movement creates; Through raises student's protection and the help ability also may enhance the student to protect oneself consciousness thus to reduce the wounded and sick appearance
