浅析移动在排球运动中的作用

移动技术在排球运动中发挥着重要的作用，较强的移动能力保证了排球运动员对技术的发挥和运用，移动虽然是排球比赛中的一项无球技术，但在比赛中却是连贯、衔接各项排球技术的纽带。在教学中要使学生掌握正确的技术动作，除了讲解、示范和反复练习外，还要重视如何使学生更好的掌握学习各种技战术所需要的基本步法，通过合理安排教学内容、正确选择教学方法，结合各项素质和基本功的练习，促进学生上、下肢的协调、全面发展，才能有效地提高排球教学水平。本文尝试浅析移动在排球运动中的作用，针对排球运动中的移动能力的提高，提出了一些相应的训练方法，旨在为排球训练和教学提供理论帮助。

Abstract
In the volleyball movement, “footwork” movement is the basic skill,  “the step” the migration is the volleyball basic skills, the motion technology is the technique and tactics display utilization foundation, the motion technology is playing the vital role in the volleyball movement, strong motion ability has guaranteed the volleyball athlete to the technical display and the utilization, the migration although is in a volleyball competition item of non-ball technology, but is actually links up in the competition, links up each volleyball technology link.Must cause the student in the teaching to grasp the correct technical movement outside, except the explanation, the demonstration and practices repeatedly, but also how has to take to cause a student better grasping to study the essential step which each technique and tactics need, through the reasonable arrangement course content, the correct choice teaching method, unifies each quality and the basic skills practice, promotes on the student, the lower limb coordination, the full scale development, can raise the volleyball teaching level effectively.This article attempts the brief analysis migration in the volleyball movement function, in view of the volleyball movement in motion ability enhancement, proposed some corresponding training method, is for the purpose of for the volleyball training and the teaching provides the theory help.
