Attentive Study on the Warming-up Exercises in the Material
[Abstract] The warming-up exercises are the important constituent of the professional Material Arts class. Along with unceasing development of educational reform, we are emphasizing the comprehensiveness and scientific of sports training. The thesis, which aims to explore rules that arrange the Material Arts class, mainly has carried on the analysis from the following aspects: The importance and problem of warming-up exercises in the Material Arts class; Fully understanding and resolving relations between general and specialized warming-up exercises; Warming-up exercises is supposed to have corresponding characterization; Kung France is supposed to be arranged in warming-up exercises; Controlling the movement loads of warming-up exercises; Contents and forms should be flexible; Paying attention to the students’ own feeling.
