【内容摘要】

目的:为促进中学跨栏技术学习,针对中学跨栏课基础教学存在的主、客观原因。

通过清晰的技术分析,来达到满意的跨栏课教学效果。方法:采用对微山三中、济宁一中等学校的走访、现场问答等方式,了解中学跨栏课教学现状。并分析中学生体育学习心理,通过查阅大量资料,分析实施跨栏教学的重要环节。结果:学生技术概念清晰是跨栏教学中的难点,而清晰系统地跨栏技术分析,对于学生掌握跨栏技术能产生积极的正面效应。结论:通过综合分析研究,中学跨栏课教学除要克服现实存在的不利因素外,最主要的是使学生建立清晰、正确的动作技术概念,以达到满意的教学效果。希望本文为中学跨栏基础教学提供可操作性的建议和方法。
