浅析健身健美操对女大学生形体和气质的影响

【内容摘要】

健身健美操是一项以有氧运动为基础,以健、力、美为特征,以健身、健心、健美为目的,融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体的新兴体育项目,是使人体健美的有效方法。它具有修身养性,愉悦身心,减肥塑型,控制体重,塑造优美形体,培养高雅气质的作用。在编排上体现出较大的随意性,时间可长可短,不受场地和器材设备的限制,可随时随地进行练习,并可根据个人的情况进行有针对性的练习。健身健美操是当今体育教学课的一种重要形式,它的开展有利于普通高校体育教学课的开展与普及,符合当代女大学生的生理和心理特点,对培养女大学生良好形体和高雅的气质有积极影响,并对她们树立终身体育锻炼的观念有积极的影响。

Abstract
The workout aerobics is one to take Aerobic as foundation, take Jian, dint,the beauty as a characteristic, with workout, good at  heart, strongly built for purpose, melt gymnastics, dance, music for integral whole of the newly arisen athletics item make the human body strongly built valid method.It has moral culture to cultivate mental poise, dulcify mind and body, reduce weight a Su type, control a weight to mold a beautiful body and develop the function of elegant qualities.The body appears in arrange in order bigger at will sex, time can grow short, be free from the restriction of place and device equipments, can anywhere carry on a practice at any time, and can carry on the practice which has already aimed at sex according to personal circumstance.Workout aerobics' ising an athletics teaching is a kind of important form of the lesson nowadays, it of open an exhibition to be advantageous to exhibition and universality, physiology according to contemporary female university student and mental characteristics of open of common and high athletics teaching lesson in the school, contain aggressive influence towards training the good body of female university student and elegant qualities, and set up the idea that the for life athletics toughen to contain aggressive influence to them.
