浅析太极拳运动对心血管系统的保健作用

【内容摘要】

武术内容丰富、形式多样、老少皆宜,长期进行武术锻炼,可以强筋骨、健体魄、长精神、延寿命,作为武术运动项目之一的太极拳更是如此。几个世纪以来,经过实践,证明太极拳是一种重要的健身与预防疾病的手段。世界卫生组织和医学专家研究证明,心脑血管病是近几年夺走人类健康和生命的当头恶魔!根据本人的实践体会探讨太极拳运动和心血管保健的关系,试图丰富太极拳运动的理论体系,为太极拳的教学、传播和太极拳对心血管系统的保健作用提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Martial arts content rich, various formats, good for both young and old, carries on the martial arts exercise for a long time, may the strong physique, the healthy body and spirit, the long spirit, extend the life, took of a Taijiquan martial arts movement projects is so.Since several centuries, the process has practiced, the proof Taijiquan is one kind of important fitness and the prevention disease method.The World Health Organization and the medical expert studies the proof, the heart cerebrovascular disease is deprived of the human health and the life overhead devil in recent years! According to myself practice experience discussion Taijiquan movement and the cardiovascular health care relations, attempt the rich Taijiquan movement the theory system, for the Taijiquan teaching, the dissemination and the Taijiquan provides the reliable theory basis to the cardiovascular system health care function.
