浅谈太极拳中的腰劲

【内容摘要】

太极拳是中华民族在长期生活实践中创造和逐渐发展起来的,

集强身健体和修身养性于一体、它的内容丰富,风格独特,形式多样,具有广泛的适应性和深厚的群众基础还对性情的陶冶和精神的感染具有重要的作用,坚持锻炼可以起到强筋骨、健体魄、延年益寿之功效。
太极拳练习中十分重视腰功的训练,腰的作用一直受到拳家们的高度重视,拳谚云:“练拳不练腰终究艺不高”俗话说“腰为主宰”不论是太极拳、长拳还是南拳等都由腰主宰着,由腰带动全身,腰功的练习首先要以动为主,动静结合,首先提高腰的柔和软,继而提高韧性,以增强脊柱的灵活性和坚固性,使其腰劲力量更大。

Abstract:The Taijiquan is the Chinese nation the creation and graduallydevelops in the long-term life practice, the collection and practices moral culture grows the soul to a body, its contentrichly, style unique, the form is diverse, has the widespreadcompatibility and the deep mass base also has the vital role topersonality influencing with the spiritual infection, persistedexercises may get up the strong physique, the healthy body and spirit,prolongs the life the effect. In the Taijiquan practice extremely takes the waist merit thetraining, the waist function continuously receives the fist highlytakes, fist proverb cloud: "Practices boxing does not practice thewaist skill not to be eventually high" as the saying goes "the waistis the control" no matter is the Taijiquan, the long-range punch orsouth the fist and so on all is controlling by the waist, drives thewhole body by the waist, the waist merit practice first must moveprimarily, the sound of something astir union, first enhances thewaist gently soft, subsequently enhances toughness, strengthens thespinal column the flexibility and ruggedness, causes its waist vigorstrength to be bigger.
