区域联防虽然是一种比较消极的防守形式,在具体运用中,根据篮球场上的变化,适时的运用区域联防,便能起到人盯人防守所起不到的作用。通过对区域联防优缺点以及阵型的分析，得出对位联防将成为区域联防的发展方向。通过充分利用篮球竞赛规则中的防守限制条款,在比赛中根据对方技战术特点和进攻策略的变化，主动采取相应的联防策略和联防体系，增强防守能力。

Abstract: The zone-defense although is one kind of quite negative defensive form, in the concrete utilization, according to the basketball court in change, at the right moment utilization zone -defense, then can play the man-to-man defense does not get up the role. Through to the zone-defense good and bad points as well as a analysis, will obtain to the position joint defense becomes the zone defense the development direction. Through the full use basketball contest rule in defensive limit provision ,acts according to opposite party technique tactic characteristic and the attack strategy change in the competition, adopts the corresponding joint defense strategy and the joint defense system on own initiative, the enhancement defense ability.
