Blog 在中小学教师教育技术培训后续过程中的运用

【内容摘要】

中小学教师教育技术培训是国家的一项重点工程,是实现中小学教师专业化成长的一个有效途径。但目前的情况是:培训结束也就是教育技术学习的结束。为了改变这一现状,笔者从教师日常的学习工作需要入手,对Blog技术在教师培训结束后续过程的运用进行初步的思考。文章首先对相关概念进行了界定,在分析传统教师教育技术培训方式及其不足的基础上,结合中小学政治学科教师教育技术培训的内容与教师日常工作学习需要,设计出一个基于Blog技术的中小学教师工作学习平台框架,并详细地阐述了该平台的实施运用,以期为中小学政治学科教师在培训结束后续过程中的学习和工作提供一个有效的帮助。

Abstract
Elementary and middle schools teachers’ educational technology training is a national priority project, realizes an effective way which the elementary and middle schools teacher specialization grows. But the present situation is: training finished also is the educational technology study conclusion. In order to change this present situation, the author through the consult related literature material, obtains from the teacher daily study job requirement, trains to the Blog technology in the teacher finished the following process utilization to carry on the preliminary ponder. The article first carried on the limits to the correlation concept, in the analysis tradition teacher educational technology training way and its insufficient foundation, unifies teacher educational technology training the content and the teacher routine work study need, finally designs to work based on the Blog technology elementary and middle schools teacher studies the platform frame, and in detail elaborated this platform implementation utilization, finished in the following process study and the work take the time as the elementary and middle schools teacher in training provides an effective help.
