在当代大学生中倡导和开展团队学习，是信息时代学习发展的要求，
是社会对大学生综合素质的客观需要，也是大学生自身发展的内在要求。团队学习能否有效展开，受到很多因素的影响。本文从团队学习的概念出发，介绍了大学生开展团队学习的必要性。详细分析了大学生开展团队学习时可能会遇到的相关障碍因素，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策，以期为大学生有效地进行团队学习提供参考与借鉴，从而提升学生的综合素质。

Abstract:
Advocate and develop the Team learning among contemporary university students, it is the requirement of learning development in information age, it is the society that, to the desirability of university student's overall qualities, is the inherent requirement for university student's oneself development too. Whether the Team learning could launch effectively while studying , influenced by a lot of factors. This text proceeds from concept that the Team learning , has introduced the necessity that university students launch Team learning. Detailed analysis the relevant obstacle factors which the university students may meet while launching Team learning, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure on this basis , is in the hope of offering reference for the university students do the Team learning effectively, thus promote students' overall qualities.
