本文基于SA8000社会责任标准产生的背景、内容及其在全球推行的现状，分析了SA8000给我国劳动密集型产业出口带来的不利影响，包括增加了企业成本，降低了对外资的吸引力，影响我国出口企业的国际市场准入，恶化了贸易条件，经济及技术秘密外泄风险；同时也认识到SA8000标准的执行有利于我国和谐劳资关系的建立，提高企业生产效率，推动出口企业竞争优势转型及我国产业结构升级，增加企业的美誉度，减少国际贸易摩擦等正面效应；进而探讨了包括政府、企业、行业协会及中介在内的应对措施。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：SA8000；出口贸易；影响；对策
The influence of SA8000 Standard on the Export Trade of China and Discussion of Countermeasures
Abstract: After reviewed the background, contents, and implementation of SA8000 standard, this paper analysis the influence on the export trade of China, particularly on the export trade of labor-intensive products. The positive influence include increasing the production costs for enterprises, decreasing the attraction for foreign direction investment, impacting international market admittance, worsen the terms & conditionals of foreign trade, and risks on technical & economy. Meanwhile, it also brings much positive influence, such as improvement of enterprise management, increase of production efficiency, promoting the upgrade of competitive advantage and export industrial structure, avoiding trade friction and sanction. Finally, the paper gives a discussion of countermeasures for government, enterprise, agency and industry association.
