深圳，是中国第一个特区，经济发展速度快，过去多年来吸引了我过各地众多民工前来打工，可是近年来忽然就闹出恶劣的“用工慌”，暴露出工人在深圳的尴尬生存处境，农民工选择其他地区就业，导致深圳发展受阻碍。由此，深圳企业和政府应该反思缺工问题，改善农民工的工作和生活处境，从而造益深圳，深圳的企业和来深建设的农民工。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：缺工，原因，措施
Analysis of the problem of the labour shortage in Shenzhen
Abstract: Shenzhen is the first Special Economic Regrin of China,economic growth fast.It had attracted lots of rural labourer from all over China to work here.Nevertheless,these years a serious labour shortage is provoking in Shenzhen, explosing the bad living standard of rural labourer,making them vote by foot to choose other work place instead of Shenzhen.which retarts its development.Therefore,Shenzhen government and enterprises should rethink the labour shotage problem and take measure to enhance the working and living condition,in order to solve the problem.
