加入世贸组织后，我国的农产品国际贸易面临更加激烈的市场竞争，尤其是在履行了降低农产品关税的承诺后，我国农业面临更大的机遇和挑战。在我国农产品对外贸易已经连续五年出现贸易逆差的形势下，如何改变逆差局面，扩大农产品出口，同时保护国内农产品市场，避免受到国外产品的冲击成为重要的现实问题，而最关键有效的措施就是提升我国农产品的国际竞争力。本研究以竞争优势理论为基础，采用理论分析与实证研究相结合，定量识别与定性分析相结合的研究方法，构建了由国际市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数、贸易竞争指数和生产者价格组成的指标体系，对我国农产品的国际竞争力进行了指标测评与国际比较，结论显示我国农产品整体上缺乏竞争优势，美国与巴西的竞争优势优于我国，印度与我国处于同一层次。在此基础上，文章以波特的钻石模型为框架，分析了我国农产品国际竞争力的影响因素，研究发现人均耕地少、农业资金投入不足、农业产业化水平低、国外技术壁垒高是制约我国农产品国际竞争力提高的重要因素。据此提出了提升我国农产品国际竞争力的政策建议：增加农业科研与资金投入；加强农业标准化体系建设；推进农业产业化经营；加强国内农业支持力度。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点） 农产品；国际竞争力；比较优势；竞争优势
Abstract
After joining WTO, Chinese international trade of agricultural products face more intense market competition, especially while fulfilling the commitment to reduce tariffs on agricultural products, our agriculture is facing great opportunities and challenges. Chinese foreign trade in agricultural products has emerged trade deficit for five years. How to change the deficit situation 、 increase the export of agricultural products and protect the domestic agricultural market to avoid the impact of foreign products become an important practical problem, the most critical and effective measure is enhancing the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products.
Based on the theory of competitive advantage, using the combination of research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research、quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, constructing the index system which is composed by the international market share、revealed comparative advantage index、trade competitiveness index and producer price the paper evaluated the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products and comparised with other countries. It has concluded that China's agricultural products are lack of competitive advantage generally, the United States and Brazil's competitive advantage is superior to China's, India and China are at the same level. On this basis, the article analyzed the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of China's agricultural products by using Porter's diamond model as a framework,. The study found that the per capita cultivated land and agricultural capital investment are not adequate, the level of industrialization of agriculture is low and there are many foreign technical barriers. They all are main obstructions that influence competitiveness of agricultural products. Accordingly the paper put forward the policy proposals to enhance the international competitiveness:to increase agricultural research and capital investment、to strengthen the agricultural standardization system、to promote the industrialization of agriculture、to strengthen domestic agricultural support.
