xx船厂员工激励机制优化研究

在这争夺优秀人才的竞争年代,国有企业如何通过有效的激励机制去激励员工,以防止优秀人才的流失并提高他们工作的积极性,成为企业越来越关注的问题,有效的激励机制是国有企业保持竞争优势的重要方式。有效的激励一方面可以提高员工的满意度和工作的积极性,另一方面可以激发员工自身潜力的发挥,提高他们工作的效率,从而提高企业的效益和提升企业的市场竞争力。远华船厂作为国有企业,有着国有企业独特的特点,其员工激励机制存在着很多问题。虽然远华船厂也曾经采取过很多激励方式,但激励效果并不是很明显。主要存在的问题是:奖惩不公平而且薪酬福利待遇差、工作单调缺少挑战性、激励目标难于实现、激励政策兑现困难、职业培训和晋升发展机会较少、企业人力资源管理制度还不完善等。随着经济的高速发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,远华船厂激励机制存在的问题越来越影响企业的发展和公司战略目标的实现。本文在总结经典激励理论基础上,通过文献总结、对比分析等方法,对远华船厂员工激励机制现状进行分析,找出其激励机制存在的问题,然后针对该企业的实际状况,结合相关激励理论,对该企业激励机制进行优化。从而提高员工的积极性和忠诚度,提高企业的效率和效益,提升该企业在同行业中的竞争力,促进该企业在国企改革中顺利进行。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):国有企业,激励机制,优化


Abstract

In this age competing for talents, how state-owned enterprises to prevent the loss of talents and improve their working enthusiasm through effective incentive mechanism becoming gradually focused. So effective incentive mechanism help them maintain the competitive advantage. on the one hand, an effective incentive can increase staff satisfaction and enthusiasm, on the other hand can inspire staff to play their own potential, improve their work efficiency, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the enterprises and enhancing their market competitiveness.
As a State-owned Enterprise, Yuanhua Factory has it’s unique feature. for example there are many problems with it’s employees motivation. Although the corporation has applied many ways to deal with it, but it didn’t appear to be so effective. The main question is that the unfair incentive pay and poor benefits, monotony and lack of challenging, difficult in achieving incentive goal and honouring incentive policies, lack of occupation training and promotion opportunities, imperfect enterprise HRM policies. With the rapid economic development, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer.The problems that exist in incentive mechanism of the Yuanhua shipyard will play a more and more important part in the development of enterprises and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Based on the summarization of classical motivation theories, this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the Yuanhua shipyard’s motivation mechanism by using the methodology of literature review and comparison analysis. After finding the problems of current mechanism, this paper then proposes to improve the motivation mechanism to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. It also helps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company operation and thus increase the competitive advantage in the industry, and eventually makes the company succeed in the state-owned company innovation process.
