当前,房地产市场已经步入了竞争激烈的时代,然而市场营销则就顺应了时代的呼唤被视为房地产企业经营和运作的生命线。面对这一发展目前我国的房地产营销策划也不断推陈出新,但是在房地产营销发展过程中依然会暴露一些典型的问题。本文从房地产发展现状以及它的营销现状入手,归纳总结出我国房地产市场营销策划过程中存在的问题,从而针对这些问题进行一分为二的客观的分析,提出提高房地产营销策划水平的一些对策。促进并且推动我国房地产的良性快速发展。但是在房地产快速发展的今天,同样也暴露了不少问题,如房价收入偏高,投资性购房比例偏大,供求结构的矛盾等,因此,有必要树立新的房地产营销理念,及时采取相关应对政策,实现我国房地产业的健康有序发展。 关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):房地产;营销策划;发展现状;问题;对策Abstract
