本文首先提出人力资源管理的内涵、发展及其在现代企业管理中的重要地位。其次分析了我国中小企业人力资源管理的现状,以及在这个大环境下济南穿山甲工程机械有限公司(以下简称济南穿山甲公司)人力资源管理的现状。然后从人力资源管理的六个方面分别提出它存在的问题。最后确定了穿山甲人力资源管理的主线即以“招人,育人,留人”的主线,通过围绕这条主线我们针对性提出了改进建议, 主要包括建立合理的人才引用和变更制度,制定有利于企业战略发展和员工自我实现的人力资源规划,建立多样化的激励机制,建立完善的绩效评估和约束机制,为员工提供宽松、自由的发展空间,为人力资源管理提供一个良好的环境。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):人力资源管理; 竞争优势; 人力资源管理战略; 人力资源规划; 招聘; 员工培训Abstract:First proposed the connotation of human resources management in modern enterprise management and its development and the important position.
