在企业并购中，政府行为必不可少，但是由于我国政府具有的双重身份，促成了很多不合理的并购，阻碍了企业的发展，在全球经济一体化发展这个大背景下，需要进一步认识企业并购中政府行为的作用及其行为方式。本文通过对金义集团并购中政府行为的分析，提出了一些建议，以便于政府与企业协调发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：企业并购；政府行为；干预Abstract：Mergers and acquisitions in the enterprise, the government action is essential, but because our government has a dual identity, led to a lot of unreasonable mergers and acquisitions, hindered the development of enterprises, the development of global economic integration in this context, the need for further understanding of mergers and acquisitions in the role of the government's actions and behavior.
