当今的经济形势下，一个企业要想获得全面的发展和成功，除了要在市场、技术、资源和管理上占有优势外，执行力不可或缺。它是各级组织将战略付诸实施的能力，反映战略方案和目标的贯彻程度。企业经营要想成功，战略与执行力缺一不可。许多企业虽有好的战略，却因缺少执行力，最终失败。当今市场竞争日益激烈，在大多数情况下，企业与竞争对手的差别就在于双方的执行力。我们可以毫不夸张地说，执行力关系到企业的生死存亡。目前我国绝大部分企业都面临着如何提升执行力的问题，通过对员工执行力偏差的原因分析，我们发现企业在执行文化、执行流程、组织结构、绩效考核、管理者和员工等方面存在着一定的差距，企业有必要在构建企业执行文化、业务流程重组（BPR）、变革企业结构、建立科学的绩效评估和奖惩制度、提高管理者的执行力和提高员工的执行力等方面提高企业的执行力，以提高企业战略的实施能力。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：执行力；员工；战略；工作流程 ABSTRACT In today's economic situation, if an enterprise wants comprehensive development and success, in addition to the market, technology, resources and management advantage, the executive force is indispensable. It is the ability of organization of all levels to implement the strategy, reflecting the strategic plan and goals of consistency. Business to be successful, strategy and execution are indispensable. Although there is a good strategy for many companies, because of the lack of execution, the final failure ends. In today's increasingly competitive market, in most cases, the difference between enterprise and competition lies in both sides of the execution. We can say without exaggeration that the execution is related to the company's survival. At present most of the enterprises in China are facing the issue of how to enhance the execution. According to the analysis of the reasons for staff＇simplementation deviation , we have found that as some certain gap being in enterprises in the executive culture, execution flow, organizational structure, performance appraisal, managers and their employees, it is necessary to build a corporate culture, execute business process reengineering (BPR), change corporate structure, establish a scientific performance evaluation and reward system, improve execution and enhance the management staff of the executive power and other aspects of improving business execution in order to improve the enterprises＇strategic implementation ability.Key words: execution; staff; strategy; work flow
