成长型中小企业团队激励

【内容摘要】

中小企业已成为我国社会主义市场经济中最具活力的经济增长点和重要组成部分。在满足人们的多样化需求、培养企业家、进行技术创新、提供新的就业机会等方面正发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而有个影响中小企业兴衰成败的关键因素却往往被人们所忽略——如何构建企业团队,使团队真正发挥其最大的效用已逐渐成为中小企业能否走向成功之路的决定性因素。针对团队以及团队激励独有的特点的分析,明确了何为真正的团队和团队激励的内涵。如何运用团队激励去调动员工的工作积极性。运用团队激励理论的研究成果运用到团队激励模式研究中去,建立更为合理、更接近现实、具有更大实用性的团队激励自然也就成了一个普遍关注的问题了。本文主要通过对团队的基本构成和我国当代中小型企业团队激励的一系列相关问题分析,提出完善其团队激励的方法。与此同时探讨了我国成长中小型企业的团队建设的现状,找出存在的一些具体差距和问题,提出了具体的解决方法。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):中小企业, 团队, 团队激励 ABSTRACTSMEs in China's socialist market economy has become the most dynamic economic growth and an important part.To meet the diverse needs of people in the development of the entrepreneurial,technological innovation,provide new employment opportunities is playing an increasingly important role. However,SMEs have affected a key factor in the success or failure often been ignored - how to build a corporate team,the team truly maximize the potential effectiveness of small and medium enterprises have been able to become the decisive factor in success.Incentives for the team and the unique characteristics of the team analyzing real clear what the content team and team motivation.The use of team incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff.The use of motivation theory research team applied to the study team incentive model to establish a more reasonable and closer to reality,with more practical nature will become a team incentive question of general concern.In this paper,the basic composition on the team and motivate our team of small and medium enterprises of contemporary issues related to analysis of a series of proposed incentives to improve its team approach.
