基于公平性的薪酬体系设计

【内容摘要】

薪酬管理是现代企业人力资源管理的核心内容,持续发展的成功企业其中一个重要的秘诀就是建立起合理有效的薪酬激励体系,其核心就是公平性。公平是薪酬激励的基础,只有员工认为企业的薪酬激励是公平的前提下,才可能产生认同感和满意感,从而开发员工的潜能和调动员工的积极性,达到为企业创效增收的目的。为此,本文在介绍了有关薪酬公平性的基本理论知识的基础上,提出了公平性薪酬体系设计的意义和基本原则;接着以A人民医院为研究对象,对A人民医院的背景、现行的薪酬结构进行了调查和剖析,总结了A人民医院在薪酬公平方面存在的问题;然后,运用人力资源的相关知识和薪酬设计的理论,结合A人民医院的发展战略,对A人民医院原有薪酬体系进行了重新设计和调整;最后,对公平性薪酬体系设计应注意的问题提出了几点建议。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):薪酬设计; 公平性;职位评价;市场调查;薪酬体系 ABSTRACTSalary management,human resource management in modern enterprises is the core content of the sustainable development of enterprise,the success of the secret is one of the important establish effective and reasonable salary incentive system,and its core is fair.Justice is the basis of incentive,only employees think enterprise incentive is fair,under the premise of may produce identity and satisfaction,thus developing employee's potential and mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees,for the enterprise and to increase efficiency.Therefore,this article introduces the basic theory on salary fairness based on knowledge,and puts forward the significance of fair compensation system design and basic principle,Then with A people's hospital as the research object,A people's hospital in the background, present salary survey and analysis of the structure of A people's hospital,summarized in the problems of the salary fairness,Then,the use of human resources and related knowledge of the design theory of A people's hospital,combining the development strategy of A people's hospital,the former salary system has been designed and adjustment,Finally,the fair compensation system design problems should be paid attention to put forward some Suggestions.Keywords:Salary design,Fairness,Job evaluation,Market survey,Salary system
