合理的、具有激励性的薪酬体系对于企业机制和价值观的形成有直接的促进作用。随着经济知识化、信息化以及组织结构扁平化和弹性化进程的加剧，以及知识工作者的不断涌现，基于能力素质的薪酬体系已经脱颖而出，能力薪酬体系设计已成为一种趋势。高速铁路的快速发展，对检车员技能的要求也越来越高。作为企业合理利用薪酬的激励作用开发检车员的潜力，不仅能留住高技术水平的检车员，激励他们的工作积极性，而且能通过提升检车员的能力素质水平使企业的核心竞争力得到提升。立足于能力素质薪酬的研究理论及能力素质薪酬体系的结构和要素，通过理论实践对能力素质模型的构建及方法选取，有利于探讨基于检车员能力素质模型的薪酬体系设计的模式。以检车员为样本，采用问卷法，收集作为一名检车员最需要的能力素质要素，通过数据处理，归纳总结出了检车员的主要付薪要素，构建检车员能力素质模型；以此为基础，设计基于检车员能力素质模型的薪酬体系，能充分利用薪酬的激励作用开发检车员的潜力，实现人岗匹配，提升他们的能力素质水平。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：能力素质模型；薪酬设计；检车员；昆明车辆段 ABSTRACTThe reasonable and stimulating compensation system for enterprise mechanism and the values have a direct stimulus effect a stimulus. Based on the theory of research ability quality salary and compensation system and quality of structure and elements, through the theory and practice of the construction and the competency model selection method based on car inspector, to explore the competency model part salary system design pattern. With car inspector for samples collected questionnaires, and as a member of the need for car inspectors, competency through data processing elements, summed up the car inspectors main elements, constructing paid by car inspector competency model.
