烟台海洋渔业可持续发展的策略分析摘要：二十一世纪海洋渔业作为国民经济中最具潜力的增长领域已经成为国际社会的普遍共识。中国拥有广阔的海域，海洋渔业资源丰富，海洋渔业经济已经成为中国经济的新的增长点之一。由于海洋渔业资源的不合理开发，以及海洋环境恶化，渔业资源正在逐渐衰退。中国的海洋渔业正面临发展海洋渔业经济和资源保护之间的问题。因此，为确保合理利用渔业资源，必须明确中国海洋渔业资源现状，采取有效的政策措施保护海洋渔业资源，促进海洋渔业可持续发展。山东是海洋大省，海洋渔业资源丰富，竞争力强。烟台作为山东海洋渔业发展的重点城市，在开发利用海洋渔业资源的同时，要采取可持续发展策略。本文以烟台市海洋渔业可持续发展作为研究对象，通过对烟台海洋渔业发展的背景，现状及问题进行分析，提出通过优化渔业产业结构、进行渔业科技创新等可持续发展策略，从而全面提高渔业资源发展能力和水平，促进烟台海洋渔业全面、协调、可持续地发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：海洋渔业渔业产业结构可持续发展Abstract：The marine fishery as the most potential growth area in the national economy has become the consensus of the international community in the 21st century. China has a vast sea area and is rich in marine fishery resources. Marine fishery economy has become one of a new growth point in China's economy. China's marine fishery is facing the problems of the marine fishery economy development and protection. Therefore, in order to ensure the rational utilization of fishery resources, we must be clearly China's marine fishery resources situation and adopt effective policies and measures to protect and promote the sustainable development of marine fisheries. Shandong Province is an ocean province, rich in marine fishery resources. Yantai is one of the key cities in the marine fishery development of Shandong. Yantai should take sustainable development strategy on utilization of marine fishery resources. This paper studies on the sustainable development of the marine fishery in Yantai city, analyzes the factors affected its sustainable development. In order to improve the capacity and level of fishery resources development Yantai should take fishery sustainable development strategy, such as optimizing the industrial structure, taking science and technology innovation to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
