摘要当今时代，科技进步与创新已经成为推动世界经济社会发展的主导力量。随着经济时代的到来，企业的竞争环境日益复杂，创新成了这个时代最显著的特征。我国自2006年起开展了创新型企业的试点工作，近四年来创新型企业在我国得到了初步的发展。近年来，我国在建设创新型国家的战略目标下，高度关心和重视创新型企业的发展，通过企业的自主创新，提高国际竞争力，以实现经济增长方式的转变。本文以山东省创新型企业为研究对象，通过对创新理论的研究以及企业管理的研究，阐述了创新型企业的涵义，分析了创新型企业的特征。本文文采用统计调查方法对创新型企业创新情况进行调查分析，并对山东省创新型企业进行评价，指出创新型企业的发展现状以及存在的问题。并结合山东省的特点，提出了创新型企业的发展战略。通过本文研究，有利于促进山东省创新型企业的建设，对于经济发展和自主创新战略实施具有重要意义。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：山东省；创新；创新型企业ABSTRACTScience and technology are developing rapidly in modern times. Science and technology innovation achieves with increasingly fierce competition. The progress of science and technology innovation has become the world's leading force of economic and social development. Since 2006, China has carried out the pilot work of innovative enterprise. Innovative enterprises in China have a preliminary development in four years. In order to realize the transformation of economic growth mode, our country takes care of the development of innovative enterprise under the strategic goal of building of an innovation-oriented country in recent years. Innovative enterprises develop highly, through the enterprise of independent innovation and improvement of the international competitiveness. This paper expounds the connotation of innovative enterprise, analyzes the characteristics of innovative enterprise. The computation evaluates the innovative enterprises in Shandong province with the method of using statistical investigation. The computation points out that the development of enterprises and the existing problems. The study is helpful for promoting the construction of innovative enterprise in Shandong province.
