摘要中国是农产品出口大国，山东省是我国农产品出口第一大省，农产品出口对拉动农业和相关产业发展有重大作用。但自2000年以来，农产品出口屡屡受阻于发达国家的绿色贸易壁垒，给广大农民和农产品出口企业造成巨大损失。绿色贸易壁垒使农产品出口难度加大，提高了山东农产品出口的门槛，削弱了劳动力密集型农产品在国际上的优势，同时也增大了山东省农产品在国际市场上的开拓难度。本文运用文献分析、因素分析、归纳和演绎的方法，在前人研究成果的基础上，对其进行深入的理论研究。立足山东省的实际情况，分析山东省农产品出口遭受绿色壁垒的基本情况、原因及其带来的影响。通过研究，提出符合实际的可操作性的一系列对策措施，引起政府及相关部门企业对此的关注，以期突破绿色壁垒对山东省农产品出口的不利影响，同时找出它对我们的帮助和促进作用，并最终掌握和运用这一规则。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：绿色壁垒；农产品出口；绿色经济 ABSTRACTChina is one of the most important countries that export large amounts of agricultural products and Shan Dong province has grown into Chinese the largest exports province. The agricultural product export holds a significant role in stimulating the development of agriculture and related industries. But since 2000, the exporting of agricultural product has been held up now and then by the Green Trade Barrier, which has caused a large loss to peasants and the enterprises. The Green Barriers increases difficulty of agricultural product export and weakens the competition advantages of Chinese labor—intensive agricultural products in the international market. So the thesis use the literature analysis, factor analysis, inductive and deductive analysis to try to expound current situations of the Green Barriers by way of the results of previous studies. Based on the actual situation in Shan Dong province to analyze the basic situation, causes and influences of the agricultural product export in Shan Dong province suffered from the Green Barriers. Through research proposing a series of realistic and operational countermeasures to appeal the attention of the government, relevant departments and enterprises in order to break through the adverse impacts of the Green Barriers to the agricultural product exports in Shan Dong province. At the same time we should find its advantages, and eventually to master and apply the rules.Key words: Green Barriers; Agricultural product exports; Green Economy
