摘要塑料制品作为一种新型材料，在全世界被广泛应用且呈逐年增长趋势。我国是世界上十大塑料制品生产和消费国之一。近20年来我国塑料工业加快了技术改造的步伐，但就整体而言还存在很多缺陷，如装备水平低、产品开发能力差、产业规模小、原料供应不足、塑料制品进出口情况不容乐观等。同时，国内塑料工业的发展很不平衡，东南沿海与西南、西北地区的差距在不断扩大，南方地区比北方地区发达，沿海地区比内地发展快。特别是我国西部地区相对落后，人均产量和消费量远远落后于全国平均水平，给我国塑料产业的发展带来了很大的障碍。此外，我国塑料工业总体水平与发达国家相比还有很大的差距。针对这些问题，本文从塑料制品本身及其行业现状等方面做了分析并提出了相应的解决对策，如我国的塑料企业应该投入更多资金、加大管理力度、严格整顿等等，以保证我国塑料产业的长期稳健发展。本文的最后内容对我国塑料产业的发展趋势做了一个展望。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：塑料制品；逐年增长；技术改造；应对决策ABSTRACTAs a new type of plastic material, the plastic products are widely used around the world and showing a trend of increasing year by year. The past 20 years, China's plastic industry has accelerated the pace of technological transformation, but generally speaking, there are still many defects, such as less-developed equipment, the market imbalance in the distribution, poor development on products, small scale industries, deficient supply of raw material, negative condition on plastic export etc.Meanwhile, the development of domestic plastic industry is very uneven between regions, the southeast coast and the southwest and northwest regions of the gap is increasing in the south than the north, the developed coastal areas faster than the Mainland. In particular, China is relatively backward to western regions, per capita production and consumption lags far behind the national average. These will be a big obstacle to the development of China's plastics industry. In addition, there is a great difference between the overall level of China's plastics industry compared with other developed countries. In this case, our plastics industries should develop countermeasures under the new market environment, for example, invest more money, improve the management, and conduct strict rectification, which will be the major factors influencing the development of China's plastics industry.
