摘要旅游业在国民经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了促进旅游业的发展，2009年国务院发布了《关于加快发展旅游业的意见》，将旅游业作为重点加以扶持。发展旅游业对济南经济的发展至关重要。济南市作为中国优秀旅游城市、历史文化名城，在旅游业发展中更应走在全省乃至全国的前列。本文先对济南市旅游产业的发展历程进行回顾，并对近年来济南市旅游业的发展状况进行总结，概括分析出济南旅游业发展的特点以及在景区建设以及旅游业对经济的贡献方面的不足之处。最后，结合自己所学的经济学知识以及前人的研究，就如何促进济南市旅游业提出了发展文化旅游、加强精品项目建设，发展非传统旅游、近郊游、自驾游等方面的对策，以促进济南市旅游产业的健康发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：济南旅游业；泉文化；济南老城区ABSTRACTThe development of tourism plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. In order to promote the development of tourism, the State Council issued ' theProposals for promoting the Development of Tourism' in 2009, which regarded tourism as a priority. Development of tourism is essential to the economic development of Jinan. Jinan City, which is the China’s Excellent Tourism City and Historical & Cultural City, should takes the forefront in the province and even in the country in the development of tourism .This paper focuses on the development of tourism industry in Jinan , I firstly review the history and the development of tourism in recent years, secondly summarize and analyze the general features of the development of tourism and scenic spots,then the economic contribution of tourism. Finally, I combine the knowledge of economics and previous researches in order to give some suggestions on how to promote the development of tourism of Jinan.Here are the suggestions:develop the cultural tourism, strengthen the construction of sinic spots, develop the of non-traditional tourism ,suburban travel andself-driving travelling.Key words：Travel industry of Jinan; The culture of Sping; The old city of Jinan
