摘要 2001年中国加入WTO后，水产品贸易发展速度明显加快。2002年，中国跃居世界第一大水产品出口国。随着水产品贸易的发展，新的水产品产业链日益成熟，水产品贸易已成为沿海省份新的经济增长点。依托宽广的海岸线以及“科技兴渔”政策的提出，山东省成为中国水产品出口第一大省。烟台、威海等沿海城市渔业经济蓬勃发展，山东水产品贸易取得了巨大的成就。但不容忽视的是，山东水产品贸易自身存在的出口市场过于集中，品种单一质量低下，初级产品比重较大等问题并未随着产业链条的升级，贸易的深化而得以解决。同时伴随着国际经济的震荡，贸易对象运用贸易壁垒对山东水产品贸易进行打压等客观因素的出现，使得山东水产品贸易呈现出增长放缓，竞争力不足的势头。针对上述问题，本文对山东渔业水产品贸易体系进行了构建。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：山东水产品；贸易结构；贸易壁垒 ABSTRACTAfter China's accession to WTO in 2001, the aquatic products trade develop significantly faster. In 2002, China ranked the world's largest seafood exporter. With the fish trade, a new chain of seafood industry become more sophisticated, aquatic trade has become a new economic growth point of coastal provinces. Relying on a wide coastline and the 'Fisheries science and technology' policy,it put forward China's Shandong Province, the largest province of export aquatic products. Yantai, Weihai and other coastal cities grow up in the booming economy, Shandong Aquatic Products Trade achieved great success. But the things can’t be ignored is that their presence in Shandong aquatic products export trade market is too concentrated, low-quality varieties of a single, large proportion of primary products such issues as the industry chain is not an upgrade, the deepening of trade has been solved. Accompanied by international economic shocks, the use of trade barriers on trade partner of Shandong fish trade and other objective factors suppress the emergence Shandong aquatic products makes the slower growth in trade shows, competitive enough momentum. In response to these problems, this paper trading system aquatic products in Shandong fisheries were built.Key words: Shandong Aquatic Products; Trade Structure; Trade Barriers
