摘要 知识产权关系到企业的生存与发展。对于中国对外贸易最发达的地区和全球最大的制造业基地的东莞来说，知识产权显得尤为重要。但在东莞的发展中，仍存在对知识产权保护意识不强、制度不完善以及组织不合理等现象。而出现上述现象的原因有很多种，本文主要从政府、社会以及企业内部三个方面分析了东莞市知识产权保护弱的原因，并针对性的提出了加强知识产权的行政保护、组织实施地方知识产权保护、培养知识产权中介服务机构、提高企业对知识产权的保护意识、完善相关管理制度等七个方面提出相关的建议。据此可以提高东莞企业在知识产权的竞争力、开辟国际市场，争取更大的竞争优势。 关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：知识产权保护；东莞外贸企业；核心竞争力ABSTRACT Intellectual property rights is important to the survival and development of the enterprise.To be the most developed regions and the largest manufacturing base of China, the intellectual property rights of Dongguan is particularly important. However, its development is not well, there is still not strong awareness in intellectual property protection, system is imperfect and the organization is illogicality.
