摘要近些年来，高密市的木器加工业发展步伐明显加快，在该市木材加工经营业经过多年的发展和整合，涌现了一批生产规模大、工艺先进、产品质量高、带动作用强的骨干企业。与此同时，还带动了许多关联产业的发展，如木材、木工机械等配套产业，还有原材料市场、家具市场、物流运输、产品展销等商贸服务业，形成了依存度十分紧密的多产业、多链条的集聚效应。本文通过市场分析与调研，对高密市木材物流园区的发展战略进行研究。首先通过查阅相关文献，对我国及山东省木材市场发展现状与政策背景进行了分析，在此基础上，根据高密市现有的木材市场发展现状，运用SWOT分析的方法对当地建设木材物流园区的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了分析。根据以上给出的，本文中提出了高密市木材物流园区的发展定位和功能定位，并规划了“四步走”的发展时序建议。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：木材市场；物流园区；SWOT分析法；集聚效应ABSTRACTRecent years，the development of wood processing of Gaomi has quickened significantly.
