Abstract
Independent innovation is a source of China's strength.Enterprises shoulder the important mission of independent innovation as the Chinese economy cells, It owes to the economical and technological development and be an important guarantee for Everlasting. With the independent innovation Increasingly dominating the world in economic development,the state measures providing more favorable environment for independent innovation creat important opportunities for it .How to improve and assess enterprise’s independent innovation capability is a critical aspect of the enterprise development .the research about independent innovation ability evaluation index system of enterprise can help the enterprise positioning,making development strategies and it provides a theoretical basis for the enterprise Everlasting and the choices of targets. And, it provides a reference value and the source of strength. Limited to the business sectors affected by the regional and following the principle of selecting the key points ,This article chose the automotive industry as the research object,this article includes the analysis of the status quo and the ability of independent innovation of enterprises, the establishment of independent innovation ability evaluation index system and analysis of the system and so on. It soughts to establish a more complete self-innovation ability evaluation index system to become the direction of the enterprise's independent innovation capacity-building and development.
