摘要在农业市场化的浪潮下，越来越多的实践表明合理的农业产业链发展，是农业发展的前提。农业产业链是产业链中特殊的一类，产业链通过持续创新效应、区域品牌效应、区域乘数效应、降低企业间交易成本效应推动区域经济的发展。玫瑰作为山东省平阴县的特色产业，其产业链建设迫在眉睫。根据产业链的定义，平阴玫瑰产业链是指与玫瑰生产密切相关的具有上下游关系的所有功能环节组成的整个流程，包括：产前环节（玫瑰苗木繁育）、产中环节（玫瑰种植）、产后环节（玫瑰收购、储运、加工、销售等）。平阴玫瑰产业链存在过窄过短的问题，具体看来包括产业链呈“上粗下细”型、产业链整体水平不高、产业链增值关键环节弱、产业链各环节联系不紧密。针对这些问题，平阴玫瑰产业链需要延伸、整合和提升。构建延长玫瑰产业链科技创新体系，依靠产前产中产后各环节的科技创新，实现玫瑰产业链优化的目的，提升产业竞争力。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：农业产业链；玫瑰产业链；科技创新；产业链优化
ABSTRACT
In the wave of marketing of the agricultural production，more and more attention are being targeted on improving agricultural industrial chain as the so important part of agriculture today. The industrial chain influences the growth of the regional economy through four ways as follow: the effect of continual innovation, the effect of regional brand, the effect of regional multiplicator and the effect of reducing the transaction cost. The rose chain of the county of pingyin is needed to be constructed now. The industrial chain is a chain that related upstream and downstream industry coordinated development around, in some specific region under the market mechanism. And the rose chain is a chain that is similar with the industrial chain, including Prenatal link, Births link, Postpartum link. There are many issues of pingyin rose chain, including “upper thick down thin” type, low quarlity of the whole chain, weak key value chain, all sectors of the industrial chain being not closely linked. To solve these problems, the rose chain needs to be extended, integrated and upgraded. Constructing innovation system and relying on the technological innovation of all the sectors of the chain to optimize the industrial chain and to enhance industrial competitiveness.
