摘要因地制宜地发展别具一格的特色农业，是适应新世纪新阶段农业和农村经济发展的需要。本文以特色农业为基础，围绕特色农业与区域经济，通过搜集文献资料，对特色农业这一概念和特色农业与经济发展的关系进行深入的分析了解，并对国内外特色农业的发展成果进行一定的分析和研究，同时结合我国对特色农业发展的要求，分析了国内特色农业的发展研究动态，然后结合寿光的特色农业发展，论述了寿光特色农业发展的现状和发展进程，深刻剖析了特色农业在经济发展中的重要地位，并通过PEST分析法分析了寿光在特色农业发展方面的比较优势。寿光的特色农业推动了寿光经济的发展，使老百姓越来越富裕，城市形象越来越凸显，但同时也存在着一定的问题和不足。本文进一步研究了如何使寿光特色农业经济长远合理化发展，并提出几点建议，最终落脚点是为了实现“天人合一”，实现经济效益、社会效益与生态效益的平衡，实现寿光特色农业促进经济又快又好的发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：特色农业；PEST分析；比较优势；寿光经济发展 ABSTRACTTo develop unique characteristic agriculture according to local conditions is adapting to the development of agricultural and rural economy in the new stage of new century. The paper bases on the characteristic agriculture, to surround the characteristic agriculture and regional economy, through the collection of documents, the concept of characteristic agriculture and the relationship between characteristic agriculture and economic development is in-depth understanding, the development results of domestic and abroad about characteristic agriculture are analyzed and studied, combining with the characteristic agricultural development in China, this paper analyzes the dynamic of the domestic study of characteristic agricultural development, then combines with the Shouguang’s characteristic agriculture, expounds the present situation of the development of characteristic agricultural development process, and deeply analyzes the characteristic agriculture in the economic development of the important position. Through PEST method analyzes the comparative advantage of Shouguang in the development of characteristic agriculture. Characteristic agriculture of shouguang promotes its economy, makes the people of Shouguang get richer and city image more and more prominent, but there are also some problems and shortcomings. This paper further studies on how to make characteristic agriculture economy of shouguang develop rationally and in the long run, puts forward some suggestions, eventually the foothold is to realize the 'nature and humanity', to realize the balance of the economic benefit and social benefit and ecological benefit, to realize faster and better development of shouguang’s characteristic agriculture in promoting economy.Key words：characteristic agriculture；PEST analysis；comparative advantage；economic development of Shouguang目 录
