摘要近年来随着临沂市乡镇企业不断地发展与壮大，其运行环境已经发生了转变，隐藏的问题日益凸显，出现了很多值得担忧的问题，主要表现在：生产规模较小，产业布局分散，区域之间发展不平衡；产业结构不合理，投资盲目，目的性不强；缺乏专业人才，经营管理方式相对落后；无形资产的开发不够重视，品牌创新能力较差；经营方式过于单一，融资难、投入不足等。这些均制约了临沂市乡镇企业的快速发展。如何保证临沂市乡镇企业能持续健康快速的发展，从而有效推进社会主义新农村建设成了亟待解决的问题。本文从临沂市乡镇企业的现状入手，从几个方面分析了当前临沂市乡镇企业存在的自身优势，提出当前临沂市乡镇企业存在的主要问题，并结合临沂市的地域性特点，就乡镇企业应如何采取战略应对，做出探讨，以为临沂市乡镇企业提供一些适合自身需求且具有较高可操作性的战略应对措施。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）： 乡镇企业；运营；发展；
ABSTRACT
In recent years, township enterprises of Linyi City develop rapidly.Meanwhile, its operating environment changes have taken place and many hidden issues worthy of concern become increasingly prominent. Mainly in: the production of smaller, decentralized industrial distribution, regional imbalance between the development;irrational industrial structure, investment blindly, the purpose is not strong; the lack of professionals, relatively backward methods of management; the development of intangible assets is not enough attention, poor brand innovation; business way too single, financing difficulties, inadequate investment and so on. These are restricted in the rapid development of township enterprises of Linyi City.
So that how to ensure that rural enterprises in Linyi City can enjoy a sustainable, healthy and rapid development development healthy and rapid development inorder to contuibit to the new rural construction makes an urgent problem. Based on the current situation of township enterprises in Linyi City, this paper analyzes the existence of its own advantages point out the main problems of them.At last, combined with regional characteristics of Linyi city,I studied how the township enterprises should adopt strategies inorder to provide efficient suggestions to the development of township enterprises of Linyi City
